Terms and Conditions
1. Security fees are non - refundable nor transferable
2. Cancellations will result in full booking fee being forfeited
3. No goods will be deemed to secure for hire date of occasion until the security fee has been paid
4. Garments should be returned 3 days after collection or refund will be forfeited.
5. Alteration requirements are charged separately and must be paid in full prior to goods being altered
6. If any garment is returned altered or damaged whether repairable or not, additional fees will be charged and invoiced above booking fee according to actual damage done during hire period.
7. All goods hired to be paid in full prior collection
8. Proof of payment to be sent and produced upon or prior collection
9. In the event where you make separate payments, POP should be sent to us immediately for auditing purposes.
10 No cash refunds will be processed in store.
13. Upon return of goods, refunds will be done within 3-4 working days via EFT ONLY.
